Recently, the Arkadag Museum of History and Local History organized a traveling exhibition at the “Altyn Damja” Children's Health Center in Gokdere.
Museum staff provided children with simple and understandable information about the nature of Turkmenistan: plants, birds, animals, and marine life.
The children were also told about the mountains, valleys, rivers, and deserts of their native land, with a call to love and protect nature and to treat the environment with care.
The exhibition also featured examples of Turkmen arts and crafts. Children were delighted to hear stories about wildlife and national traditions and asked questions, according to the website of the Ministry of Culture of Turkmenistan.
