Each of these platforms provided an opportunity to showcase the achievements of Turkmenistan's private sector, hold meetings with international partners, discuss promising investment initiatives, and further strengthen and expand business relations. At every one of these events, Ojar Aziya, a flagship of Turkmenistan's construction industry, presented its flagship strategic infrastructure initiative – the construction of the Serakhs–Mary–Serhetabat High-Speed Motorway. The project is of strategic importance for enhancing national connectivity, strengthening Turkmenistan's transport and logistics capacity, and reinforcing the country's position as a key transit hub linking Asia and Europe.

This ambitious project is designed to further develop Turkmenistan's modern transport infrastructure and strengthen its role as a major logistics and transit centre of Eurasia. The new motorway is expected to improve the efficiency of both freight and passenger transportation, enhance regional connectivity, and create additional opportunities for international trade. At the same time, the project is fully aligned with the national strategy for developing international transport corridors, including the Lapis Lazuli Corridor, the North–South Corridor, the East–West Corridor, and the Middle Corridor, which connects Central Asia with the Caucasus and Europe.
