To effectively address residents' inquiries, a schedule has been established for citizen receptions by the hakimlik of Ashgabat and city etrap hakimliks, as well as representatives of other organizations involved. Receptions will be held in the respective hakimlik buildings throughout August 2026.

According to the established schedule, the reception at the hakimlik of Ashgabat will take place on August 8 and 22 from 9:00 to 11:00.

In the hakimliks of Berkararlyk, Kopetdag, Bagtyyarlyk and Buzmeyin etraps, reception of citizens will be held on August 1, 15 and 29, also from 9:00 to 11:00.
