Festive celebrations marking the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's permanent neutrality are taking place today in the Balkan velayat, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."
Thus, a festive celebration was held in the building of “Türkmeniň ak öýi” in the city of Balkanabat, organized by the hakimlik of the Balkan velayat together with the department of culture and public organizations of the velayat.
The event included a vibrant concert program. Contemporary songs were performed by regional artists, and folk and dance groups gave stirring performances.
Literary and musical compositions were prepared by famous bagshy, outstanding singers, artistic enthusiasts, student youth, as well as united creative groups that arrived from all corners of the Balkan velayat.
Another celebratory event, titled "Bitaraplyk şöhratymyz-şanymyz" ("Neutrality is Our Glory"), was organized by the Balkan Specialized School of Arts and attended by representatives of public organizations, education, culture, institutions, and businesses.
