South Korean engineering and construction company Daewoo Engineering & Construction has officially joined the XXV International Exhibition and Conference "White City Ashgabat 2026" (WCA 2026) as a gold sponsor. The event will be held May 24–25 in Ashgabat, the capital of Turkmenistan.
The participation of one of Asia's leading EPC contractors strengthens the forum's international status as a regional platform for discussing sustainable urban development and industrial modernization. As part of the business program, Min Man-Jun, General Director of the Daewoo E&C Representative Office in Turkmenistan, will speak at a panel discussion on industrial development, construction materials, and supply chains.
Held under the motto "Architecture. Innovation. Sustainable Development," the forum will bring together representatives of government agencies, international developers, investors, and engineering experts. To date, more than 650 delegates from 55 countries have confirmed their participation.
Founded in 1973, Daewoo E&C implements large-scale infrastructure, industrial, and energy projects in Asia, the Middle East, Africa, and Europe. In Turkmenistan, the company is involved in the development of major industrial facilities, supporting the country's long-term modernization strategy.
The second session will discuss the integration of industrial production with infrastructure development, the implementation of Industry 4.0 technologies, and the development of localized supply chains for urban transformation programs.
