An open lesson for young entrepreneurs and students, "The Skeleton of Business: Roles and Shares," was held at the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."

The event was organized by the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan, the S.A. Niyazov Turkmen Agricultural University, the Young Entrepreneurs Center under the Ashgabat City Committee of the Party of Industrialists and Entrepreneurs of Turkmenistan, and the Center for Information, Advisory, and Volunteer Activities of the Magtymguly Youth Organization of Turkmenistan.

During the event, participants were provided with important information on the internal architecture of a business, the effective distribution of roles, and how a specific delineation of authority impacts a company's development. It was noted that the foundation of every successful company lies in clearly defined roles, clear responsibilities, and a balanced share structure.
