From April 22 to 24, 2026, the international exhibition "RES 2026 EXPO" will be held at the EXPO International Exhibition Center in Astana within the framework of the Central Asia Regional Environmental Summit. The event is organized by the Ministry of Ecology and Natural Resources of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

The opening ceremony is expected to be attended by Kazakhstan President Kassym-Jomart Tokayev and the heads of state of Central Asia. Representatives of government agencies, international organizations, businesses, financial institutions, and the scientific community have been invited to participate in the exhibition. The event is expected to attract over 300 companies from 30 countries, over 1500 delegates, and over 20 000 visitors.

The exhibition covers eight thematic areas: green energy and decarbonization, water resources, the circular economy, smart cities, climate technologies, biodiversity, agricultural technologies, as well as ESG and green finance. The exhibition will also feature the GREEN INVEST FORUM, the ECO STARTUP COMPETITION, a regional eco-film festival, and an art exhibition.

The exhibition is of particular interest to Turkmenistan, which is actively developing green economy and renewable energy. Participation in the event opens opportunities for establishing business contacts, attracting investment, and sharing experiences with specialists and companies from around the world.
