Two students from the International University of Humanities and Development (IUHD), Yhlas Komekov and Soltanmurat Tairov, were sent to the Italian Republic to participate in a five-month exchange program under the European Union's Erasmus+ program. This was reported on the website of the Ministry of Education of Turkmenistan.
Currently, students are improving their knowledge in their specialties at the University of Chieti and Pescara (Università degli Studi "G. d'Annunzio" Chieti - Pescara) - one of the most prestigious higher education institutions in Italy.
This student exchange project is the first collaboration between IUHD and an Italian university. The internship program provides students with ample opportunities not only to become familiar with European educational standards but also to gain practical experience in international politics and diplomacy, improve their foreign language skills, and represent Turkmenistan's education system on the global stage.
