In early December, staff from the Embassy of Turkmenistan in Pakistan visited the country's leading cultural, educational, and scientific institutions to promote Turkmenistan's peaceful foreign policy and its continued neutrality. This was reported on the Embassy's website.
During these visits and meetings, the Turkmen side handed over books by the National Leader of the Turkmen People, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov to the National Library of Pakistan, the National Book Fund, the National Institute of Folk and Traditional Heritage (Lok Virsa), and COMSATS University.
Turkmen diplomatic mission staff also distributed special editions of the "Diplomatic View" and "Diplomatic Focus" publications, published by the Embassy and dedicated to Turkmenistan's foreign policy, its achievements, major energy and infrastructure projects, and the country's international initiatives aimed at promoting peace, security, and sustainable development.
Leaders and representatives of Pakistani institutions expressed their sincere gratitude to the Embassy of Turkmenistan, noting that this cultural and humanitarian gesture reflects the high level of fraternal relations between the two peoples.
