How “Täze aý” controls meat quality at every stage

Most shoppers, when picking up sausage or prepared foods from the refrigerator shelf at the store, hardly think, "Where did this product even begin?" The answer to this question is often surprising—it begins not in the production facility or with packaging, but in the pasture, the barnyard, and the veterinary inspection. This is how production is organized at the Turkmen company "Täze aý", which has set itself the goal of showing customers what usually remains unknown to them.

Cattle arriving from farms undergo three stages of inspection:

  • External and veterinary inspection before slaughter

  • Meat temperature check after slaughter

  • Thorough laboratory testing

The key feature of the “Täze aý” company's work is the following: after the cattle undergo mandatory veterinary inspection, a certificate in Form No. 1 is issued for each animal, guaranteeing its health, after which the cattle are transported to the slaughterhouse in specialized transport. There, after slaughter, the meat's temperature is checked using specialized equipment, and then, in the laboratory, specialists from the state veterinary service and experienced specialists from “Täze aý” conduct a thorough quality check. Following this, a Form 2 certificate is issued, confirming the suitability of each animal's meat for human consumption. Only then is the product sent to all production facilities.

At the sausage factory of the “Täze aý” company, located on the territory of the “Täze oba” peasant association in the Mary etrap of the Mary velayat, meat received from the laboratories undergoes another check before being transferred to production. Every day, sausages, meat, and semi-finished products are tested again before being shipped to retail outlets: the products undergo physical, chemical, and bacteriological analysis. Combining modern technology with the expertise of its specialists, the company has gained widespread popularity among the public thanks to its traditional flavors.

As company representatives note, it is this closed production cycle that ensures the safety, high quality, and distinctive flavor of the finished product.

It's worth emphasizing that the “Halal” standard is not used here simply for marketing purposes—it is fully integrated into daily production processes, from livestock feeding to final meat processing.

Compliance with international standards isn't just confirmed on paper. “Täze Aý” operates in accordance with the international standards ISO 22000:2018 (food safety management system) and ISO 9001:2015 (quality management system), meaning that monitoring isn't random, but rather follows clearly documented and regularly audited procedures.
