On August 5, 2026, an online meeting was held between the Ambassador of Turkmenistan M. Charyev and the President of the Ahal-Teke Horse Association "Akhal-Téké France" Nicolas Menu and the Vice-President of the Association Eloise Girardi.

The parties discussed preparations for the World Equestrian Championships and the Ahal-Teke Horse Beauty Contest, which will be held September 4–6, 2026, in Cronenberg, Netherlands. The ambassador reported on the progress of preparations for the event and invited the association's leadership and members to actively participate in the upcoming championship.

The association's representatives thanked the participants for the invitation and confirmed the high interest of French Ahal-Teke horse owners in participating in the competition. They noted that there are approximately 300 Ahal-Teke horses in France.
