The OSCE Centre in Ashgabat has opened recruitment for a driver position to provide transportation services for the Head of Mission, Centre staff, and high-ranking guests of the organization.

According to the published announcement, the position reports to the Head of the Fund Management Unit and involves coordination with the Procurement and Asset Management Associate.The successful candidate’s duties will include the safe and timely transportation of personnel, meeting officials at the airport, assisting with customs formalities, and performing daily technical inspections of assigned vehicles.

In addition to driving duties, the employee will be responsible for tracking business trips, fuel consumption, and vehicle maintenance, updating the fleet database, and preparing monthly reports.

Candidate requirements include a completed secondary education, at least four years of experience as a driver (preferably with an international or diplomatic organization), an accident-free driving record, good knowledge of Ashgabat and its surroundings, and a valid category "B" driver's license. Basic computer skills and knowledge of English are also desirable.

The monthly remuneration for this position is 773 euros, inclusive of social contributions; the salary is exempt from taxation in Turkmenistan. The benefits package includes medical insurance under the Cigna plan and participation in the OSCE Provident Fund.
