On June 22, in Warsaw, the head of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan, A. Sazakov, and the head of the Polish Border Guard, Robert Bagan, signed a Memorandum of Understanding on cooperation in the field of migration.

The document provides for the exchange of data and best practices, the holding of joint consultations and expert meetings, and the development of professional contacts between specialists from the two agencies.

During the talks, the parties also discussed prospects for cooperation within the global migration system.
