Turkmenistan's Foreign Minister Rashid Meredov held a telephone conversation with Malaysian Foreign Minister Mohamad Hassan. The two sides discussed a wide range of bilateral cooperation issues in the political, diplomatic, trade, economic, and educational spheres, according to the press service of the Turkmen Foreign Ministry.

The ministers discussed preparations for upcoming summit and high-level meetings, as well as prospects for further cooperation between the foreign ministries of the two countries.
