The second day of the XXV International Exhibition and Conference "White City Ashgabat" is being held in the format of panel discussions featuring the heads of relevant government agencies. The ministers of construction, industry, and energy will present strategic initiatives in urban planning, manufacturing, and digital technologies.

The program includes three sessions. Minister of Construction and Architecture Abdulla Geldiyev will open the morning discussion on smart urban development and advanced construction solutions, while Minister of Highways Hangeldy Kerimov will present plans for the construction of highways and transport corridors. Speakers in the panel session include representatives from Inros Lackner SE, Todini Costruzioni Generali, MARINI Makina, Changsha Zoomlion, Zaha Hadid Architects, and Intermontazh.

The second discussion will focus on supply chains in construction. Turkmenistan's Minister of Industry and Construction Production, Toyguly Nurov, and Chairman of the “Turkmenhimiya” Concern, Resul Myradov, will speak alongside executives from Daewoo Engineering, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, Mitsubishi Corporation, PETRONAS Carigali, Toyo Engineering, and Air Liquide Global.

The final session will focus on energy-efficient and digital systems for smart cities. Energy Minister Annageldy Saparov will deliver the keynote address.

The exhibition is held under the motto "Architecture. Innovation. Sustainable Development" and is timed to coincide with the celebration of Turkmenistan's Capital Day.
