Launched in February of this year, the State Customs Service of Turkmenistan's “Call Center” service has become an important tool for improving the efficiency of the customs system.

According to the country's customs service website, the “Call Center” received 201 inquiries from citizens and businesses over the past three months.

The majority of inquiries concerned customs clearance of goods, export-import operations, and clarifications related to procedures at customs posts at state border crossings.

Obtaining reliable information in advance significantly simplifies border crossing and customs clearance procedures.

The “Call Center” service is provided free of charge daily (except Sunday), from 09:00 to 17:00 by phone (+99312) 39-41-39.
