Today, a meeting with Amir Piric, Director of the UNESCO Regional Office in Almaty, took place via videoconference at the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.

The parties discussed the current state and prospects of Turkmenistan's cooperation with UNESCO.

Particular attention was paid to further strengthening cooperation aimed at developing cultural dialogue, as well as implementing joint projects within UNESCO's priority areas of activity.

The parties discussed the implementation of previously proposed initiatives and agreed on approaches for their further practical promotion, according to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Turkmenistan.
