National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov and President of Azerbaijan Ilham Aliyev visited the Mehmandarovs house-museum in Shusha.
The Mehmandarovs' house is a palace-type residential complex, one of the unique examples of Azerbaijani architecture of the XVIII century. The complex is surrounded by a stone fence. The mosque was built on the edge of the courtyard, and its entrance faced both the street and the courtyard, so the doors of the mosque were always open to visitors.
The object is an important monument of architecture and culture of Azerbaijan, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.
