All necessary conditions are being created for participants of the UN forum in Turkmenistan

National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov inspected hotels in the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone to assess their readiness to host the Third UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries, the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports.

During the inspection of hotel complexes combining modern technologies with elements of national architecture, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov familiarized himself with the conditions of accommodation of the participants of the upcoming international forum. Particular attention was paid to the quality of rooms and the level of service.

"It is necessary to ensure the accommodation and reception of guests at a high level in accordance with national traditions. It is important that they feel the cordiality and hospitality of the Turkmen people," the Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty emphasized.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov also noted the importance of improving the area adjacent to the hotels and maintaining order in green areas. According to him, conference participants should have all the necessary conditions for a comfortable stay, including the opportunity to walk along the shores of the Caspian Sea.

During the working meeting with the heads of relevant departments, issues of accelerating preparatory work were discussed in view of the approaching dates of the forum. The National Leader emphasized the need for high-quality performance of all construction and repair work within the established timeframes.

Special attention was paid to the information coverage of the event. The mass media of Turkmenistan should provide daily coverage of the work of the forum, including the issues under consideration and the decisions taken. The participants of the meeting assured of their readiness to make every effort to successfully hold the international conference.
