Yoga classes are becoming increasingly popular among residents of the seaside city of Turkmenbashy.
City enthusiasts celebrated International Yoga Day by holding a practical class in the Avaza National Tourist Zone right on the Caspian Sea coast, reports “Turkmenistan: Golden Age”.
The class was led by an experienced yoga instructor from Balkanabat, Mahri Gulmamedova. She has completed coaching training and has been actively practicing yoga for five years. The trainer notes the growing popularity of yoga:
– Today, we can say that yoga classes are becoming increasingly popular in our city. We practice both in gyms and outdoors – in the mountains and by the sea. Our region is rich in picturesque places, and we are happy to use them for training.
