We are hiring: Support / KYB Onboarding Specialist
We are looking for a Support / KYB Onboarding Specialist to help clients smoothly pass the onboarding process, collect the required documentation, and provide further support when using our platform.
Key responsibilities:
- Support clients throughout the onboarding process
- Explain which documents are required and assist clients with preparation
- Collect and verify the completeness of client documents
- Request missing or additional information when needed
- Prepare the client file for the AML Officer
- Assist clients with account opening and activation
- Provide ongoing support regarding platform usage
- Escalate complex payment, technical, or compliance-related questions to the relevant team members
Requirements:
- Attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Responsibility and discipline
- Ability to explain complex requirements in simple language
- Russian and English languages
- Experience in fintech, payments, banking, KYC, or KYB is a plus
