Turkmen President Serdar Berdimuhamedov awarded the “Galkynysh” National Equestrian Games Group 3 million manats for their contribution to the development of national equestrian art. This was announced by National Leader of the Turkmen People and Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty (People's Council), Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov, during a meeting with the performers at the Gorogly State Equestrian Circus in Arkadag, according to the State News Agency of Turkmenistan.

The National Leader presented the award to the group's leader on behalf of the head of state and also presented each member of the team with skillfully crafted horse saddles.

The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty congratulated the artists on their recognition at the International Circus Arts Festival in Monte Carlo, where the “Galkynysh” group was awarded international certificates for their significant contribution to circus arts. He called this an unforgettable event for the Turkmen state and people.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the group's members contribute greatly to the development of equestrian art, and their horseback riding performances leave a lasting impression on international audiences. The group successfully competes in international competitions, as evidenced by the Grand Prix it has been awarded.

The head of the Halk Maslahaty emphasized that large-scale measures to develop national equestrian art will continue to be consistent. He also extended his congratulations and gratitude to the group members for their work in enhancing the glory of the national art of equestrian art.
