The Turkmen State Institute of Finance announced the winners of the 2nd Open International Internet Olympiad in International Financial Reporting Standards.
The Olympiad was held on December 17 among students from higher education institutions in Turkmenistan and abroad as individual competitions.
More than 200 students from 53 universities in nine countries participated, according to "Turkmenistan: Golden Age."
126 students from 33 universities represented foreign countries. Of these, 69 students won prizes: 13 first, 27 second, and 29 third.
77 participants represented 20 universities in Turkmenistan. Among the winners were 14 Turkmen students, who took two first, three second, and nine third place prizes.
The organizers noted that the Olympiad provided a powerful impetus for the development of interuniversity partnerships.
