In January-November 2025, trade turnover between Turkmenistan and Uzbekistan amounted to 1,064 billion USD. This figure is 33 million USD higher than the same period last year, according to the website of the National Statistical Committee of Uzbekistan.
Over the first 11 months of this year, goods worth 926,2 million USD were imported from Turkmenistan to the Uzbek market. This places Turkmenistan as Uzbekistan's 8th largest importer.
During the reporting period, the value of services and goods imported from the neighboring country to Turkmenistan amounted to 138,2 million USD. This figure is 27,8 million USD higher than the same period last year.
As a reminder, we previously reported that trade between the two countries totaled 876,8 million USD in the first 10 months of this year. Thus, in November, Turkmen-Uzbek trade turnover increased significantly (to 187,6 million USD).
