On December 15, Ashgabat will host a business event dedicated to the management practices of Japanese companies that have managed to maintain resilience and competitiveness for over a century. The event is being organized by “Ish Nokady” and the Embassy of Japan, according to the event's organizers.
Participants will discuss the cultural, strategic, and managerial approaches that underpin the longevity of Japanese business. The keynote speaker will be Yuki Tokunaga, founder of the Culpedia platform, entrepreneur, and visiting scholar at the University of Tokyo, known for his projects promoting Japanese business traditions and adapting cultural values to modern management models.
The organizers note that the event will be useful for executives, entrepreneurs, and company representatives interested in long-term development, corporate culture, and sustainable growth practices. Participants will have the opportunity to hear direct expert opinions on how Japanese businesses combine unwavering principles with innovation and what lessons from this experience can be applied to other countries.
