1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting today with Deputy Prime Minister Atahalliyev and velayat governors on the development of the country's agricultural complex. The head of state emphasized the importance of timely agricultural campaigns and instructed to ensure strict control over the work.
2. During a telephone conversation, the National Leader of the Turkmen people Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov invited the Emir of Qatar Sheikh Tamim bin Hamad Al Thani to the International Forum of Peace and Trust, which is scheduled to be held on December 12 in Ashgabat. The interlocutors congratulated each other and the friendly peoples of the two countries on the beginning of the holy month of Oraza. The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty noted that Turkmenistan highly values the relations established in recent years with the State of Qatar and attaches great importance to their expansion in all priority areas.
3. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Maksat Pashanakov to the post of mayor of Balkanabat city of Balkan velayat. Before this appointment, Pashanakov held the post of Manager of Affairs of the Balkan velayat mayor's office. By another decree of the head of state, Deputy hyakim of the city of Balkanabat, Balkan velayat Myrat Nazarov was relieved of his temporary duties as Khyakim of the city.

4. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing Kakamyrat Orazgulyev as the hyakim of the Gorogly etrap of the Dashoguz velayat. In this position, he replaced Bashimdurdy Mamedov, who was dismissed from his post.
5. This year marks the 115th anniversary of the honored bakhshi of Turkmenistan Mustak Aymedov. In memory of the famous musician, a ceremonial event was held in the House of Culture of the city of Turkmenabat. An exhibition dedicated to the life and work of the bagshy was opened in the foyer, the central place in it was occupied by the dutar, on which the master played. Mustak Aymedov left a bright mark on the Turkmen musical art, and today his students and followers continue his work.
6. The Turkish company "Karub" will act as a bronze partner of the International Forum on Attracting Investments in the Private Sector "Investments in the Future of Turkmenistan", which is scheduled to be held on March 18 in Ashgabat. To date, more than 200 delegates from 26 countries have confirmed their participation in the upcoming investment forum.

1. Spain has been ranked first among the countries most attractive for remote workers for the second year in a row. When compiling the ranking, experts assessed key factors affecting the comfort of digital nomads: visa requirements, income requirements, tax policy, cost of living and quality of internet connection.The study included 55 countries offering special visa programs for remote workers.
2. According to forecasts by an international group of scientists, by 2050 the problem of overweight and obesity will reach unprecedented proportions. More than 3.8 billion adults and 746 million children and adolescents will suffer from these conditions, which poses a serious threat to global health.The analysis shows a rapidly growing problem: the number of overweight and obese adults has almost tripled, from 731 million in 1990 to 2,11 billion in 2021. Among children and adolescents, the figure has more than doubled over the same period. The most intense increase in obesity is expected to occur in sub-Saharan Africa, Asia and Latin America.

2. Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Japan Atadurdy Bayramov took part in the international race "Tokyo Marathon - 2025". The event brought together more than 38,000 participants from all over the world and is one of six marathons included in the prestigious Majors series. Bayramov emphasized the importance of the policy of the Turkmen leadership to promote a healthy lifestyle and attract young people to physical education and sports.

3. Turkmen tennis players won 3:0 over the Vietnamese team at the junior preliminary qualification tournament for the Billie Jean King Cup for players under 16 years old in the Asia/Oceania zone, which started in Malaysia. The Turkmenistan team is represented at the tournament by Ilima Huseynova, Ainur Movlyamova and Jennet Charyeva.
