2. During the working meeting, Arkadag hyakim Gulshat Mammedova proposed to name the road from the Polatly monument to the Taychanak roundabout as an avenue in honor of the master horse breeder, talented horse breeder Aba Annayev. The Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty noted that the proposal to name the new road after Aba Annayev should be submitted to the Khalk Maslakhaty for consideration.

Solar panels will be installed at the railway and bus stations of the city of Arkadag, the Director General of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers Mammethan Chakyev reported to the National Leader of the Turkmen people. As noted, the railway station of the new city will be built taking into account modern requirements and advanced world experience. At the same time, the management of the entire system of the complex, control of its operation will be carried out on the basis of innovative technologies.

5. Turkmenistan is starting to implement 5G technology – the first new generation network will be deployed in the city of Arkadag. This became known during the working visit of the National Leader to the city's Communications Department. Base stations manufactured by the Chinese company Huawei have already been installed to test the technology. The 5G network will provide high data throughput and will allow hundreds of thousands of devices to be connected within an area of one square kilometer. The new technology will be used to manage smart city and smart home systems.
6. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov congratulated Emperor of Japan Naruhito on his birthday. The head of state expressed confidence in the further expansion of constructive and mutually beneficial cooperation with Japan in the political, trade, economic, cultural, humanitarian and other fields. On February 23, the Japanese monarch turned 65.
7. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov signed a decree appointing the Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Türkiye Mekan Ishangulyev as the head of the Turkmen diplomatic mission in Morocco.

8. The holy month of Ramadan is one of the most important periods in the Islamic calendar. In 2025, it will begin in early March. 1. The Arkadag football players were presented with a trophy and medals for winning the Turkmenistan Football Federation Cup. The trophy was received by Arkadag captain Akhmet Atayev from the hands of the Second Deputy Chairman of the Football Federation of Turkmenistan Nazar Choliev and the FFT General Secretary Serdar Geldiyev. Vladimir Bayramov's charges won the sixth trophy in two years. Previously, the team won the championship gold twice, the Cup twice, and the Super Cup once. In March, Arkadag will meet the Indian club East Bengal in the quarterfinals of the AFC Challenge League. The matches are scheduled for March 5 and 13. 2. Torpedo-BelAZ defeated Dzerzhinsky Arsenal in a friendly match. The match, which took place in Minsk, ended with a score of 3:1. The winners' first goal was scored by midfielder of the Turkmenistan national team Teymur Charyev.
