1. At a working meeting of the State Organizing Committee, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov set the task of ensuring large-scale coverage in the world media of the upcoming celebrations dedicated to the 30th anniversary of Turkmenistan's neutrality. According to him, international celebrations should reflect the achieved level of development of the country, its peace-loving policy and successes in socio-economic development.
2. During the meeting, the reconstruction of the Monument of Neutrality and related economic issues were discussed. Particular attention was paid to plans for the improvement of the adjacent territory, including landscaping and modernization of the lighting system.

3. During a visit to the Monument of Neutrality in the southern part of Ashgabat, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov emphasized the historical role of the first President of Turkmenistan Saparmurat Turkmenbashi in establishing the country's neutral status. "Based on historical facts, we note that the foundation of our permanent neutrality was laid by the first President of Turkmenistan, the Great Saparmurat Turkmenbashy. 4. In April 2025, the President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov is expected to visit Japan to participate in the World Expo 2025 in Osaka. Preparations for this important event became the main topic of the working meetings of the Ambassador of Turkmenistan in Japan with the management of the exhibition. Particular attention at the meetings was also paid to the organization of the National Day of Turkmenistan, which will be held on April 14 within the framework of the World Expo.
5. The National Commission of Turkmenistan for UNESCO held a final meeting in Ashgabat, where the results of joint work for 2024 were reviewed and priority areas of cooperation for 2025 were identified. The meetings discussed prospects for cooperation in the fields of science, education, culture and ecology. Following the talks, important documents were adopted that determine further cooperation.
6. At the 7th Conference of Judges of Turkmenistan, held at the Adalat Palace in Ashgabat, the key topic was the modernization of the country's judicial system with an emphasis on the introduction of digital technologies and bringing legal proceedings into line with international practice. The event was attended by representatives of the Supreme Court, the Arbitration Court, as well as judges of velayat, city and etrap courts. According to the participants, the effectiveness of judges' work directly depends on the level of qualification of employees, so it is planned to introduce modern training methods and organize special courses.
World
1. The BRICS press service announced the holding of the annual summit of the organization in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. The meeting of the leaders of the participating countries is scheduled for July 6-7, 2025. Since the beginning of 2025, the chairmanship of the association has passed to Brazil, replacing Russia in this post.

2. A new ecological project, the “Friendship Garden,” will appear in Dushanbe, which will be created through the joint efforts of Uzbekistan and Tajikistan. The Tajik side will provide a plot of land for the garden, and the Uzbek side will provide it with seedlings adapted to the local climate and provide the necessary agrotechnical support for their successful cultivation. Representatives of both countries have already inspected the territory of the future garden and have begun the practical implementation of the project.

1. Turkmenistan women's futsal team goalkeeper Malika Eminova has been named the best goalkeeper of the 2025 Central Asian Football Association Championship. She received the individual award at a ceremony in Dushanbe. It is worth noting that Turkmen specialists took part in the matches: FIFA referees Timur Ramazanov and Merjen Bahshiyeva, as well as AFC international instructor/inspector Vadim Baratov, who were also awarded special medals. The winner of the tournament for the fourth time in a row was the Iranian team.
2. Arkadag beat Ahal 3:2 in the 2nd round of the Turkmenistan Football Federation Cup. The match was held on Sunday at the sports arena in Babarap gengeshlik.
