Ten years ago, the Principality of Monaco proposed an orbital position for the artificial satellite “TürkmenÄlem 52oE”. In connection with the expiration of the target agreement in 2030, Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov confirmed Turkmenistan’s readiness to discuss the prospects for continuing cooperation in this area. He also said that work is underway on the construction of a second artificial satellite, and Turkmenistan is interested in working together to launch it.

3. The National Leader of the Turkmen people invited Prince Albert II of Monaco to take part in the forum dedicated to the 30th anniversary of the neutrality of Turkmenistan. 9. Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan declared January 22 a day of national mourning after a tragic fire in a hotel in the resort of Kartalkaya.
