“Manchester City” won the English Football Championship. In the final, 38th round, the team defeated “West Ham” with a score of 3:1.
Phil Foden scored two goals for the winners (2nd, 18th minute). The English midfielder was named the best player of the last season in the Premier League. Rodri scored another goal (59). Mohammed Kudus (42) scored for the losers.
“Manchester City” won the English Championship for the 10th time and became the first in history to win the title four times in a row.
“Luton”, “Burnley” and “Sheffield United” left the Premier League at the end of the season. “Leicester” and “Ipswich” earned promotions; another participant in the next season's Premier League will be determined on May 26, it will be the winner of the “Leeds” – “Southampton” match.
