The prospects for further cooperation in the oil and gas sector were discussed by the management of the state concern "Turkmennebit" with a delegation of the Emirati company Dragon Oil, which arrived in Turkmenistan on a working visit led by executive director Rashid Al-Jarwan, the MIC reports.
During the meeting, the interlocutors emphasized the active participation of Turkmenistan in the development of the global energy market and discussed the possibilities of further expanding long-term successful cooperation, taking into account the accumulated experience and large-scale plans of Turkmenistan for the development of the fuel and energy complex.
Considering the growing energy demand on the world market, the parties noted good prospects for deepening the partnership. In this regard, the Turkmen side expressed its readiness to consider Dragon Oil projects for further development of cooperation.
