1. Serdar Berdimuhamedov appointed Shadurdy Meredov Ambassador of Turkmenistan to the Republic of Uzbekistan, releasing him from the post of Ambassador of Turkmenistan to Kyrgyzstan in connection with his transfer to another job.

In early August, Ashgabat will host a trilateral summit with the participation of President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov, President of Tajikistan Emomali Rahmon and President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev. 5. Turkmenabat hosted the velayat stage of the “Master Gardener” competition, announced by the National Trade Union Center of Turkmenistan. More than 10 gardeners from etraps of the region took part in it. The first place and the right to participate in the national stage was taken by the gardener of the Gulistan farming association of Sayat etrap Sulgun Agamamedova. There are 450 plum trees in her garden and she harvests between 70 and 100 kilograms of apricots every year.

10. A FIFA training seminar for Turkmen referees has started in Ashgabat and will continue until August 3. The training seminar is conducted by a FIFA instructor from Malaysia. During the training seminar, theoretical and practical classes will be held on the rules of the game of football, refereeing skills, and FIFA standards for physical fitness will be passed.
