Husanov began his career at the Bunyodkor academy. In 2021, he moved to the Belarusian Championship, where he played 37 matches for Energetik-BGU in two seasons, scoring four goals and making the same number of assists.

This year, Husanov became the champion of Asia as part of the youth team of Uzbekistan and took part in the U-20 World Championship. In June, he made his debut for the main national team at the 2023 CAFA Nations Cup where he played three games.
Husanov became the first player from Uzbekistan in the history of Lance. He has signed a contract until 2027 and will wear number 25. Lens calls him a "rare talent from Asia" and hopes he will help the team in European competition.
