In Turkmenistan, by order of the Chairman of the “Turkmenaragatnashyk” Agency dated December 9, 2020, the Procedure and conditions for connecting to the Internet were approved.
The document defines the procedure and conditions for connecting to the Internet, including the conditions for protecting information available on such networks, financing relevant events, and exchanging information using the Internet.
The procedure was developed in accordance with the laws of Turkmenistan “On legal regulation of the development of the Internet and the provision of Internet services in Turkmenistan”, “On communications”, “On information and its protection” and other regulatory legal acts of Turkmenistan in the field of communications and regulates relations between users the Internet and Internet service providers.
