Turkmen entrepreneurs will be able to schedule meetings with TIF 2026 participants in advance

More than 200 foreign companies from over 40 countries will gather in Ashgabat on October 1–2 for the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026 (TIF 2026). The event will take place at the Ýyldyz hotel and serve as a platform for direct negotiations between Turkmen entrepreneurs and foreign business partners.

One of the forum's features will be the ability for participants to independently schedule business meetings in advance. Registered delegates gain access to the Attendee Hub personal portal and the TIF 2026 mobile app, where they can view the event program and connect with other participants and company representatives. The official Turkmen Congress app also features an attendee search function and the ability to request one-on-one meetings.

After selecting an organization of interest, a participant can submit a meeting request, and the parties then agree on a convenient time and location. This makes it possible to arrange a schedule of individual negotiations even before the forum begins.

Japanese businesses will be widely represented at TIF 2026. Confirmed participants include Mitsubishi Corporation, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, ITOCHU, Sumitomo Corporation, Kawasaki Heavy Industries, and Mizuho. South Korea will be represented by Samsung C&T and Daewoo Engineering, while Germany will be represented by John Deere, CLAAS, the WIRTGEN Group, and Siemens Energy.

Damen Shipyards will represent the shipbuilding sector; TotalEnergies, Dragon Oil, and ADNOC will represent the oil and gas sector; and Toyota Central Asia will represent the automotive sector. Oppenheimer & Co and Moody's are listed in the financial sector, Fieldfisher will represent the legal sector, and Canaan and Bitdeer will represent the technology sector.

International development institutions include the World Bank, the International Finance Corporation (IFC), the Asian Development Bank, the European Bank for Reconstruction and Development, the Islamic Development Bank, and the Export-Import Bank of China.

Specific opportunities for negotiations are available for representatives of various industries. Agricultural companies will be able to discuss machinery and servicing with John Deere, CLAAS, and Jiangsu World, while construction firms can address subcontracting and localization issues with Samsung C&T, WIRTGEN, Gap İnşaat, and Rönesans. Representatives from the oil and gas sector will have the chance to discuss equipment and reagents with Siemens Energy, Mitsubishi Heavy Industries, and Tatneft.

Logistics companies may be interested in Damen, TAV Technologies, and Betamont, while exporters can explore cooperation opportunities with trade platforms such as Karavan (Turkey), AEEX (China–SCO), Tatarstan Trade House, and TABCA (USA).

The list of participants also includes Turkmen companies, including Hazar Gurluşyk, Türkmen Enjam, Aýdyň Gijeler, Beýik Ýüpek Ýoly, Watan Rowaçlygy, Dowa, Ak Harman, Ýedi-Ýer, Döwlet Gurluşyk, Nexia Turkmenistan and Hukukçy.

The forum’s business program spans two days and includes thematic sessions on energy, the oil and gas and chemical industries, construction, transport and logistics, trade and public-private partnerships, agribusiness, cooperation with international financial institutions, virtual assets, innovation, and the green transition.

The organizers recommend that participants prepare in advance for one-on-one meetings, define the objectives for each meeting, and prepare a brief company presentation in English.

Detailed information regarding the program, registration, and participants is available on the official website of the Turkmenistan Investment Forum 2026.
