Representatives of the State Migration Service of Turkmenistan participated in a working visit to the People's Republic of China, where a forum on cooperation in migration management was held. This was reported by Turkmenistan's migration agency.

As part of the forum held in the city of Lianyungang, the Turkmen delegation met with representatives of the National Immigration Administration of the PRC. The parties discussed a wide range of issues regarding bilateral cooperation and noted that regular working meetings remain an effective tool for advancing mutually beneficial cooperation and identifying new areas for it.

The meeting participants exchanged views on the prospects and priority areas of cooperation in the migration sphere. Particular attention was paid to the importance of interaction within international organizations for the development of traditionally friendly relations between Turkmenistan and China.

Following the meeting, the parties expressed confidence in the harmonious development of bilateral cooperation and wished each other success in their future endeavors.
