The national teams of New Zealand, Palestine, and China will compete against the Turkmenistan national football team at a friendly tournament in Chongqing, China, the Chinese Embassy in Ashgabat reported.

The CFA Team China International Football Competitions Chongqing 2026 tournament will take place from September 24 to October 6. In addition to the Turkmen team, the national teams of China, Palestine, New Zealand, and Tajikistan will participate.

The Turkmenistan national team will play three matches. They will open the tournament against New Zealand on September 24, then face Palestine on September 28 and the tournament hosts, China, on October 2.
