President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov sent a congratulatory message to President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on the occasion of the republic's Independence Day. The State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports this.

In the message, the head of the Turkmen state expressed confidence in the further strengthening and development of friendly interstate relations for the benefit of the two peoples.

Taking this opportunity, Serdar Berdimuhamedov wished Alexander Lukashenko good health and success in his important work, and the friendly people of Belarus peace, well-being, and prosperity.

Belarus's Independence Day, also known as Republic Day, is celebrated annually on July 3. On this day, festive and ceremonial events take place across the country.
