Benefits and pleasure: what kind of tea to drink in winter

On cold winter evenings you really want to treat yourself to delicious and aromatic tea. Turkmenportal has collected recipes for fruit and berry teas that will not only warm you up, but also benefit your health.

Pumpkin tea

Ingredients:

• 300 g pumpkin puree;
• 50 g strawberry puree;
• 25 g ginger;
• 1 slice of grapefruit;
• 1 tbsp. lemon juice;
• 1 cinnamon stick;
• 1 pinch of ground red pepper;
• 25 g ginger root;
• 200 ml boiling water.

To make pumpkin tea, peel and finely grate the ginger. Add it to the kettle along with the other ingredients. Pour in hot water and let sit for 2-3 minutes. Pour the tea into cups.

Warming tea

Ingredients:

• 1 pinch of loose-leaf fruit tea;
• 2 pinches of dry hibiscus tea;
• 1 star anise;
• 1 cinnamon stick;
• any fruit to taste;
• 200 ml hot water.

To make fruit tea with hibiscus, pour the mixture of fruit tea and hibiscus with hot, but not boiling, water. Let it brew for 4 minutes. Then pour the tea into a glass, add cinnamon and anise. If desired, you can add 1 tablespoon of finely chopped fruit. Stir.

Sea buckthorn tea with apple

Ingredients:

• 40 g of fresh or frozen sea buckthorn;
• 1/4 apple;
• 1 tsp. honey;
• 250 ml water.

Add sea buckthorn, finely chopped apple and honey to the container. Fill with water and place on low heat for 15-20 minutes, without bringing to a boil. Remove from heat and let the tea steep for about 3-5 minutes.

Citrus tea with warm notes of spicy spices

Ingredients:

• 1/2 cup of water;
• 3 cinnamon sticks;
• zest and juice of 1 orange;
• 2 tbsp. l. brown sugar or honey;
• fresh mint.

Making the drink is very simple. Simply combine all the ingredients in a large saucepan, cover with water, bring to a boil over low heat, remove from heat, cover and let simmer to room temperature. Then strain and reheat before serving. Store in the refrigerator for no more than 1 week.

Pomegranate tea

Ingredients:

• 100 ml pomegranate juice;
• ¼ apple;
• 1,5 tsp. honey;
• 1 strip of lemon zest;
• 150-200 ml of hot water;
• pomegranate seeds.

Cut the apple into strips and the lemon zest into thin slices. Place all ingredients in a saucepan and heat over heat without boiling. Before serving, strain the tea and garnish with apple slices and pomegranate seeds.

Jasmine tea with pear

Ingredients:

• 100 g pear;
• 1 slice of lime;
• 1 cinnamon stick;
• a pinch of jasmine tea leaves;
• 200 ml hot water.

To prepare jasmine tea with pear, first puree the pear. Add lime juice, pear puree and cinnamon to brewed jasmine tea. Let the drink brew for 10-15 minutes.
