The Main State Service "Turkmenstandartlary" has approved new forms of documents for professional certification of specialists in the field of industrial safety. The corresponding document has been published on the website of the Ministry of Justice of Turkmenistan.
The document establishes uniform standards for maintaining a register of certified specialists and the procedure for issuing certificates. The new rules are aimed at creating a centralized system for recording qualified personnel in the field of industrial safety.
According to the order, the register of specialists will be maintained by the Department of Labor Protection and Subsoil of the Turkmenstandartlary Service in two formats - electronic and paper. The database will include the surname, first name and patronymic of the specialist, the date of entry into the register, the area of professional certification, the level of qualification and additional information.
Specialists who have successfully passed the certification will be entered into the register within three working days after the certification committee has made a decision. Certificates will be issued within two days from the moment the data is entered into the register.
The new rules regulate in detail the procedure for issuing specialist certificates. The documents will contain the registration number and date, information about the specialist, information about the decision of the certification committee, the area of professional certification and the validity period of the certificate.
In case of loss or damage of the certificate, a procedure for re-issuance within five working days is provided. If the personal data of the specialist changes, the document is also re-issued within the same time frame.
