The popular mobile app Aýterek in Turkmenistan has released a major update that turns it into a single digital platform for finding establishments across the country, the developers of the program reported.
In a special section of the updated application, users have access to a database of cafes, restaurants, pharmacies, shops, hotels, government agencies and companies providing various services. Detailed information is available for each establishment: contact phone numbers, address, opening hours, service features and exact geolocation.
The rating and review system allows users to choose the most reliable establishments based on other customers' ratings. Users can leave reviews and rate themselves, which, according to the developers, will help improve the quality of service.
Owners of establishments have received the opportunity to independently manage their profiles through a special application. They can add photos, menus, descriptions, create promotions, post products and respond to customer reviews.
For ease of navigation, the application has a function for plotting routes on a map, as well as sorting establishments by proximity to the user's current location when geolocation is enabled.
The developers paid special attention to lovers of cafes and restaurants - in the filters you can select establishments with a certain cuisine (Turkish, Chinese, Italian, etc.), as well as find places with a playground, terrace and other features.
Active users can add new establishments in their cities and etraps on a volunteer basis, and also send suggestions and comments if they find inaccuracies in the addresses or contact information of establishments. The structure of cities and etraps corresponds to the state statistical classifier.
The Aýterek app is available for download on Google Play and the App Store, all functions also work in the web version on the ayterek.com website
