T-Bank has launched credit cards for foreign citizens legally residing in Russia. This was reported on the bank's official website.

To apply for a credit card, foreign citizens will need a foreign passport, a document confirming legal residence in Russia (visa, residence permit or temporary residence permit), and a Russian SIM card. The conditions for non-residents are fully consistent with those offered to Russian citizens: variable credit limits, an interest-free period of up to 55 days and similar service conditions.

"Launching a credit card for non-residents is a logical step in developing an ecosystem for foreign clients. We see high demand for credit products among foreigners," noted Vera Leichenko, Director of Retail Segment Development at T-Bank.

You can apply for a credit card through an online application on the T-Bank website. For the convenience of foreign users, the bank has translated the mobile application into English, Uzbek, Tajik and Kyrgyz. These same languages, as well as Chinese, are available in the support service and ATM interfaces.

In addition to credit cards, T-Bank offers foreign citizens a Black debit card with cashback up to 30%, a brokerage account in T-Investments, as well as services for non-resident entrepreneurs, including opening a current account and a platform for foreign economic activity.

Previously, credit cards for foreign citizens were practically unavailable in Russian banks due to high risks and difficulties with confirming credit history.
