A unique festival of friendship will be organized in Turkmenistan within the framework of the upcoming III UN Conference on Landlocked Developing Countries. This was stated by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty of Turkmenistan Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov during a working visit to the Balkan velayat.
As the State News Agency of Turkmenistan reports, representatives from Central Asia and other countries expressed great interest in participating in the festival. As Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted, this is evidence of the global significance of international events held in Turkmenistan.
The festival will be held on the shores of the Caspian Sea in the "Avaza" National Tourist Zone. Comprehensive preparations are underway for the cultural program of the international forum, including song and music performances with the participation of foreign masters of art.
The National Leader emphasized that the speeches should reflect high goals aimed at ensuring peace and sustainable development. The design of the music stage of the recreation area, its lighting, as well as the ecology of the area should create a single harmony, merging into a melody of friendship and harmony.
Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov noted that the international forum, which is one of the main events of the International Year of Peace and Trust, should be filled with bright events and memorable moments. Its versatility will demonstrate the implementation of national principles and the strategy of neutrality of Turkmenistan.
For cultural events, theatrical interactive sea fountains, teahouses, playgrounds, as well as special stage decoration for performances are being prepared.
