Astana resident Aygul Mukash took part in the Birlik Zhugirisi race, dedicated to the Day of Unity of the People of Kazakhstan. For Aygul, this was the first start after a two-year break, and she covered the 10 km distance with her son, who was in a stroller. This was reported by liter.kz.
“My goal is to instill in children a love of sports”, - says Aygul.
The mass race brought together about two thousand sports fans. After the race, the participants, as part of the Taza Kazakhstan campaign, took part in cleaning the area and collecting garbage.
It is worth noting that for safe jogging with children you need a special jogging stroller.
