The Organizing Committee of the 2024 Summer Olympic Games presented a menu for athletes, with an emphasis on plant-based cuisine.

About 40 different dishes will appear on the tables in the Olympic village every day. During the Games, athletes will be able to try about 500 interpretations of these dishes, which ensures that there will be no monotony. 120 of them will be branded.

Two weeks before the start of the competition, on July 12, a restaurant will open its doors on the territory of the Olympic and Paralympic village. Here, in a spacious hall with 3500 seats, 15 000 VIPs will be able to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner. The restaurant is open 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.

In addition to athletes, alternative meat-free dishes will also be available to spectators of the Games. The organizers are confident that the offer of vegetarian dishes will appeal, especially to young people, who increasingly prefer plant-based cuisine.
