1. President of Turkmenistan Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed Ambassador of Iran Ali Mojtaba Roozbahani. The parties discussed the priorities of bilateral relations and interaction in international organizations. During the meeting, it was emphasized that Iran remains an important partner of Turkmenistan in the region. Positive dynamics of economic ties were noted.
2. On Monday, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received the newly appointed Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Japan Hiroshi Sasaki. During the meeting, the parties exchanged greetings and discussed prospects for the development of bilateral relations. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov emphasized that Turkmenistan and Japan are important partners, the relations between which are long-term and strategic in nature.
3. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov held a working meeting on the digital system with the participation of Deputy Prime Minister Atahalliyev and velayat hyakims, at which issues of conducting seasonal agricultural work were discussed. Regional leaders reported on the progress of harvesting campaigns, in particular the collection of cotton and rice. It was noted that measures are being taken for timely harvesting and processing without losses, as well as settlements with producers.
4. The Ministry of Construction and Architecture of Turkmenistan has announced a tender for the overhaul of the House of Culture for 200 places in the Bagir residential complex. Bagir is one of the picturesque corners of the Turkmen capital, located at the foot of the Kopetdag, not far from the historical monuments of Ancient Nisa.
6. The IV International Festival “Theatrical Art of the Happy Era” started today in Turkmenistan. On this occasion, President Serdar Berdimuhamedov addressed congratulations to the festival participants. “I wish him great success in his work, which is called upon to make a special contribution to the development of the diverse culture and spiritual closeness of the peoples of the world!” - says the Address of the Head of State.

7. A study conducted by Spanish scientists from the University of Madrid showed that centenarians have a number of common character traits. More than 14 thousand people aged 100 to 107 years took part in the study. As a result, the scientists found that all participants had 19 common traits, among which the most important was curiosity. The second most important character trait of centenarians is cheerfulness. People with this quality always look at life with optimism and find positive aspects in it. Other common traits included honesty, a good sense of humor, high intelligence, gratitude, activity and courage.
8. “KAMAZ” has begun testing a prototype of the “Atlant 49” unmanned heavy dump truck with an 8x4 wheel arrangement. The new product received the nickname “RoboCop” and is intended for use in coal mines. In June 2023, “KAMAZ” already tested unmanned trucks on the M-11 “Neva” highway. Then there was a test engineer in the car’s cabin who controlled the movement. In July, the X5 Group company began regular cargo transportation along this route using unmanned “Kamaz-54901” trucks.

9. The “Ashgabat” Tennis Academy invites everyone to an open day and the first amateur tournament. On November 19 from 15:00 to 19:00 the club will host an open day for adults and children over 4 years old. This is a great chance to learn the basics of tennis, get valuable advice from experienced coaches and just have fun in a friendly atmosphere. 10. Turkmen athlete Begench Baltayev won a bronze medal at the 2023 World Sambo Championships, which was held in Yerevan. Baltayev competed in the weight category up to 79 kg in sports sambo, in which 24 athletes took part. The winner of the gold medal in this category was the representative of Bulgaria, Ivan Harkov. The World Sambo Championship ended on November 12. Athletes from 65 countries took part in the competition.
