Lahmeyer International (Suntrace) GmbH serves as Technical Representative to the State Energy Institute of Turkmenistan (SEIT) for the procurement activities under Asian Development Bank (ADB) Technical Assistance TA-10424 TKM: Evaluation of Wind Potential for Renewable Energy Development (58422-001). In this capacity, we are supporting SEIT managing the procurement process for this tender.

You are invited to submit a quotation for:

Supply, delivery, installation, commissioning, operation, maintenance, and decommissioning of two (2) 120 m wind measurement masts, including a 12-month wind measurement campaign in Turkmenistan.

Key requirements:

• Quotations must be submitted in English.

• Prices shall be quoted in USD.

• Bidders must be established in an ADB member country and meet the qualification requirements specified in the RFQ.

• Clarification requests shall be submitted in writing by email to windprocurement.turkmenistan@lahmeyer.com. Responses will be shared with all invited bidders on an anonymized basis.

• At any time during the validity of the quotation, no price variation due to escalation, inflation, fluctuation in exchange rates, or any other market factors shall be accepted by ADB after it has received the quotation. 

Following evaluation, the successful bidder will receive a Letter of Acceptance from SEIT.

Award notification is currently planned within 60 days after the submission deadline.
