National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov made a working visit to the capital, getting acquainted with the progress of construction of the International Pediatric Center. The new medical complex will contribute to a significant improvement in the country's healthcare system, TDH reports.

The center, located in the southern part of the capital, was built in accordance with international standards and is equipped with advanced world technologies. The medical complex is designed for 160 beds and will specialize in several key areas: neurology, endocrinology, orthopedics, allergology and childhood diseases.

A special feature of the new Center will be high-tech equipment that allows for rapid diagnostics – within one hour. It is planned to use digital technologies and artificial intelligence capabilities, which will provide a high level of medical services and reduce the time of diagnosis and treatment.

A working meeting was held here with the participation of the Director General of the Directorate of International Medical Centers, the Director of the Intensive Care Department of the International Cardiology Center, a representative of the construction company and the mayor of Ashgabat. The discussion focused on the implementation of the next stage of the state program «Saglyk» aimed at radically improving the healthcare system of Turkmenistan. The participants examined in detail the issues of completing the construction of the Center, equipping it with modern equipment and training medical personnel. It was especially emphasized that the doctors who will work in the new medical institution have completed an internship in the world's leading clinics and are ready to work with advanced medical technologies.

Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov especially noted the importance of creating a comfortable atmosphere for young patients, drawing attention to the color scheme and decorative design of the premises. The center is designed not only to treat, but also to create a positive impression on children.

The construction of the International Pediatric Center is part of the state program «Saglyk» and is aimed at strengthening the health of the younger generation, improving the quality of medical services and preventing diseases.
