1. President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev congratulated President Serdar Berdimuhamedov and the entire Turkmen people on the onset of the month of Oraza. 5. In the Baherden etrap of the Ahal velayat of Turkmenistan, construction and installation work has been successfully completed at a new plant for the production of ceramic decorative tiles and sanitary ware. The enterprise is designed to produce 3,3 million square meters of ceramic tiles and 120 thousand units of sanitary ware per year.
6. President Serdar Berdimuhamedov received World Bank Vice President for Europe and Central Asia Antonella Bassani. During the meeting, the importance of expanding cooperation with foreign partners in implementing economic reforms in Turkmenistan was emphasized, in particular, intensifying relations with authoritative international financial and banking and credit institutions.
7. The meeting with the Vice President of the World Bank was also held by the National Leader of the Turkmen people, Chairman of the Halk Maslahaty Gurbanguly Berdimuhamedov. Within the framework of the development of Russian-Turkmen cooperation in the field of education, about 500 copies of teaching aids and popular science literature in Russian were donated to the Maritime Secondary Vocational School of the Agency for Transport and Communications under the Cabinet of Ministers of Turkmenistan.

2. An unusual social experiment is starting in Vienna. 40 families have agreed to give up using their personal cars for three months. During this period, they will actively use alternative means of transportation: public transport, bicycles and car sharing. Participants will receive financial compensation of 500 euros per month to cover transportation costs. The experiment will be closely monitored by scientists from the University of Vienna, who have developed a special application for collecting data. Through it and regular surveys, researchers will analyze how the transport habits of city residents are changing and what financial costs accompany these changes.

1. The Turkmenistan national hockey team won a crushing victory over Luxembourg in its first match at the World Junior Championship in the third division of group “B”.
