Chinar Garlyeva, a 2nd year student at the Faculty of Cyber-Physical Systems of the Oguz han University of Engineering and Technology of Turkmenistan, took part in the Global Leadership Forum (GLOW), held in Prague from January 5 to 9.

The forum brought together 78 graduates of the academic program for young women leaders “Studying US Institutions” (SUSI) from around the world, "Turkmenistan: The Golden Age" reports. Chinar Garlyeva is also a graduate of the SUSI program.

The event was designed to provide future leaders with the skills and knowledge needed to successfully implement meaningful community projects. Through interactive sessions, mentoring, and peer learning, participants improved their project development skills, expanded their worldviews, and built a powerful support network.

The Global Forum in Prague was a significant step in the development and promotion of women's leadership, and also highlighted the important role of women in building a sustainable future at the community level and around the world.
